Nigerian senator and businessman, Ned Nwoko, has openly celebrated his wife, Laila Nwoko, amid rising marital tensions and online drama involving popular actress and co-wife, Regina Daniels.
In an emotional Instagram post on Wednesday, Nwoko shared photos of himself and Laila, praising her as a woman of “rare patience, grace, and strength” who has remained calm despite the controversies surrounding his home.
“In a world where noise travels faster than truth, I want to take a moment to speak about the woman I know, the woman I love, and the woman I cherish — my wife, Laila,” he wrote.
Nwoko described Laila as a private, peace-loving woman who avoids social media attention and prefers to focus on what truly matters.
“She has never been the type to chase attention or respond to every passing opinion… She prefers a peaceful and private life,” he said.
Reaffirming his commitment to her, he added:
“As her husband, I will always stand by her. I will speak for her when needed, and I will protect her name with pride. She has been a constant source of stability and peace in my life.”
He emphasized that Laila’s quiet nature should not be mistaken for weakness, noting that her character and inner strength “speak louder than any public show.”
Nwoko’s public tribute comes as Regina Daniels continues to trend over the couple’s ongoing marital dispute, including recent online exchanges that have generated widespread debate on social media.
